As you all know it was International Women’s Day on the 8th March. This year’s campaign theme is all about Inspire Inclusion.

To mark the occasion we gave all female staff members a chance to get together and talk over cup of tea/coffee, special decorated cup cakes were also available on the day.

Earlier last week we conducted interviews, asking our female staff members what Inspire Inclusion means to them and how it impacts their role.

I would like to thank all the women who volunteered for the interview. I appreciate it was difficult to be put on the spot, thank you for your time and patience.
